ABOUT ME

For over two decades, I had the privilege of serving as a high school teacher, coach, and administrator. During that time, I discovered that some of the most meaningful moments came through conversations helping students think through their decisions, their future, and the direction of their lives.

 

Over the past six years, I have also worked in marketing and business development, helping an organization grow and connect with people in the community. That experience has given me a practical understanding of the challenges professionals face in their work and leadership.

My Christian faith has been a steady foundation for the majority of my adult life and continues to shape the way I approach coaching. I believe many of the decisions we wrestle with in our lives, careers and leadership are ultimately questions about God's calling, values, and direction.

Today, through Next Mile Leadership, I work with professionals who feel stuck, uncertain about their next step, or ready for a change but unsure how to move forward. My role is simply to walk alongside them asking thoughtful questions, offering encouragement, and helping them gain clarity so they can move forward with confidence.

I currently serve as a Ruling Elder in my church, and have been married 30+ years. I'm grateful to be the father of four adult children.
