ABOUT ME
I spent over two decades in schools as a teacher, a coach, and eventually an administrator. The conversations I remember most weren't about curriculum or game plans. They were the ones where someone sat down across from me not sure what to do next and left with a clearer sense of who they were and where they were headed.
After years in education, I realized my greatest impact came through one-on-one conversations about direction and calling not through systems or administration. About six years ago, I transitioned into business to learn how professionals navigate the same questions my students faced. That experience taught me that career transitions, leadership challenges, and questions about calling don't stop at the schoolhouse door. They follow us into every season of life.
Today, I work with professionals in their forties and fifties who've built real things; real careers, real families, real lives but sense there's something more they're meant to do. They can't quite name it. They might feel guilty even asking the question. That's where I come in. My job is to help you think clearly about what's next without shame, without rushing, and grounded in what you actually believe matters.
I'm here to partner with you asking good questions, offering honest perspective, and helping you move from stuck to clear with a plan you actually own.
